Drink Orange Juice With Meals!

A recent study carried out by the University of Buffalo has shown that flavonoids in Orange Juice can cancel out some of the negative effects of a high fat, high carbohydrate meal. Subjects were given a glass of orange juice with a fatty meal or a placebo and it was shown that blood markers of inflammation were less in the folks that drank the Orange Juice. The levels of SOC3-3 were also less this is a known contributer to insulin resistance and type two diabetes.

Yet another great reason to enjoy a glass of delicious Florida Orange juice with meals!
